Dear Colleagues

It is with great pleasure that we announce another edition of the Congress Norte Anestesia to be held on the 20th and 21st of November 2015 at the Hotel Ipanema Park – Porto, Portugal.

Following previous years’ tradition of a themed Congress, we now propose Quality on Anesthesia.

As usual this is a cooperative organization of Anesthesiology Departments from the three main hospitals of Porto metropolitan area _ Centro Hospitalar de S. João, Centro Hospitalar do Porto e Centro Hospitalar de Vila Nova de Gaia/Espinho.

The selection of the national and foreign speakers took in consideration the scientific and clinical experience in the respective areas of knowledge.

We invite you to share your anesthesiology experience and progresses to enrich this Congress.

Beyond the scientific program you will certainly have the opportunity to enjoy the diverse touristic opportunities that Porto and North of Portugal have to offer, from which we highlight the historic urban centers of Porto and Guimarães and the landscape of the Douro wine region (classified by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites). You can also enjoy the rich gastronomy and wine tourism in the region, with the Porto Wine as great ambassador. The city of Porto was recently awarded the European Best Destination 2014 prize.
